The product in itself was good but too big and its own return shipping cost does not invite me to try another size. I have not yet received the amount paid back either.

Satisfied with the products despite a price for a personalized snap' which, in my opinion, is perhaps a little excessive. Customer service that responds very quickly to emails. The only downside was an out-of-date discount code, received over a year or two ago (following an error by the site on a product), and which was valid for a limited time. What a pity, because the error wasn't mine!
