Hello, I've ordered from you several times now and I'm always delighted with the products. The only downside... on the last cap I bought, which was a Cayler and Sons, on the site description there's a picture with the C&S box. So I thought that at the time of delivery the cap would come in a "gift box". Apart from that, everything's top-notch.

The item (leather) arrived crumpled in the packaging, and still bears the marks of this poor packaging.
