A few years ago, I had an old straw hat, which has since given up the ghost... When I came across Headict, I was won over by the choice and quality of the products... In 3 weeks, I bought 3 stetsons, and I'm thinking of buying 1 or 2 hats for winter. Very fast delivery, too.

Satisfied with the merchandise and delivery on time. However, as the product was too big for me, I had to ask for an exchange and it's a shame to have to pay the return shipping costs when many online retailers offer free returns. Slight downside.

Good management of the order upstream, which enabled us to find a solution that was just right outside the classic products. But the manufacturing was very disappointing. The 3D embroidery is really sloppy, with very rough and uneven coverage of the volume base.
