After 11 days I still have not received my order and I have no idea when I will get it. I have not received any information about this from Headict or from and from the carrier of the order. Very disappointing.

Delivery took forever (>14 days) and your company is unreachable - the color of the cap did not match the specification. You have lost us as a customer.
