The processing was a bit lengthy
I am not satisfied with the cap delivered,it was flattened and with false folds that I had to iron out myself.
Delivery with GLS not good at all, they do not deliver on time.
The delivery took forever. Then no delivery bill. I had to print out the feedback form myself and I still had the costs for the return shipment. In my opinion, customer friendliness looks very different these days. The products are TOP! Wish you continued success!

Delivery of an order takes a long time, no free returns
I didn't like the cap between the pictures on the website and the real product, there's a difference, I'm disappointed with my order.
I am disappointed, The cap arrived stained (blue ink dot on white surface) And the seam relief has many threads that stand out on a letter.
I would NEVER buy from this site.

Many bugs when ordering, in the end, errors due to resets during bugs and customized products that don't match. Customer service makes no effort to respond to requests.
5.50 EUR shipping costs for a cap, then you have to fill out the return form by hand and pay the return costs yourself, others can do that better.
I ordered a Theo totem engraved cap and it arrived blank with no writing.

I could not track my shipment; I was redirected to a French site with an error message (in French and therefore not understandable). Emailed about it. Got a message that they are looking into it, but nothing more. Hat now in and I like it.
The cap is beautiful! The delivery time was longer than expected... Too bad we couldn't choose a smaller size for the personalized caps.
Not at all satisfied with the quality of the caps I ordered, the fabric was too thick for what I was expecting! Ordered and delivered after 15 days, when the website said it would take between 7 and 10 days... I was only satisfied with the responsiveness of customer service.

It took over 3 weeks before I got my ordered cap. I contacted customer service several times, who first sent me the wrong link from another customer. The quality of the product is fine and after more than 3 weeks of delivery, I am satisfied with the quality though.
Hello I ordered two caps that have already taken a while to arrive and the Nordic of one of the two caps is crooked and not very good quality.

Dutch website, but products from France so had to wait almost 2 weeks while it says 'immediately available'. Not incorrect but misleading. Then return very complicated and shipping for own account. Also good to know: only if you exchange within 7 days you get a refund. This makes ordering from a giant more attractive...
Delivery took quite a long time and was unclear when delivery was going to be made. For example, there is no signal that somewhere s on day X there will be delivery between time X. The quality of the product is good. And the service I can't judge because I didn't use it.

Hello, It's 15 days later and I still haven't received my order. It's apparently still being shipped to Belgium... so I don't even know when I'll receive it. I'm quite disappointed with this situation. I can't yet assess the quality of the product, which I hope to receive shortly. Customer service is reactive but remains very high level in the face of the problems encountered.
Very late delivery (18 days to deliver a cap when they said it could be delivered in 10-12 days!..!)
The color turned out a little different than I thought. The delivery time was also a bit longer than we thought. Otherwise fine quality, was also familiar with this brand.
Delivery OK and on time, but I did not receive the right product, and to this day I have no news of the processing of my return. Not a great first impression, and the system of PDFs to print and fill in is frankly cumbersome and outdated. Is it to discourage? Too long delivery time. In itself not a problem if you are kept well informed. You start thinking, will this work out. No clear track and trace. Suddenly, without your knowledge, the product is delivered. I read: Shipping takes place at the risk of the orderer. This is, of course, bizarre. You ship it anyway, I don't. I don't do this anymore.
