Photographs of caps mislead the buyer: for example, I ordered a cap that appeared to be entirely black when photographed, but on delivery it turned out that the underside of the visor was white.

The rendering on the site was very far from what we received. And we will not be reimbursed despite our return, the reason being that our order was personalized. At the time of making the return, I searched the site on this very subject and in the returns category I didn't find this point, only the one about return dates. Total disappointment.
