I had the misfortune to be delivered the wrong size item, mistakes can happen. Fortunately, customer service did an excellent job of remedying the situation. However, be careful with e-mails, I had to send a complaint e-mail which went unanswered, my request was dealt with following a telephone call. Nevertheless, my overall impression of the site remains very positive.

The Stetson is particularly large (especially as my head size is 58), which meant I had to use self-adhesive Velcro strips (a DIY job, but the result is impeccable). The Goorin is smaller, so I used less velcro. The result is just as impeccable.

The cap I ordered was just like the one I had seen on the website, I was very happy because it's very pretty, and I'm very proud of it, however the parcel was bumped during transport, and dented. Luckily, the product was in perfect condition.

Excellent contact on the phone. On the other hand, if I'd been able to see the Borsalino cape and touch it like in a real store, I would have hesitated because of the stiffness of the felt. I already have a Borsalino, a real one, and it's much softer.
