Very satisfied with my purchase, a little disappointed with the quality of embroidery with some threads not perfectly placed but overall it corresponds perfectly to what I expected, the caps are very nice quality and colors identical to those on the site. I won't hesitate to recommend your site. Plus, delivery in 1 week.

Satisfied, one small flaw but it's the typeface and embroidery that want it I guess (dot on the i really flat, too bad). The adult caps are too fat for me too, I think, but I've just ordered a flannel cap with tone-on-tone custom embroidery and it's very nice + fast, reliable delivery. Thanks

I liked the 2 items delivered however for having ordered the same size, the dimension of the cap is larger than the beret. I'm not going to send it back because I'll have additional costs. (I had to pay Fr. 20.-- more at the post office). I'll check with my seamstress.

I'm satisfied with the site and the choice. But I'm less satisfied with the hat itself. I've bought the same hat 3 times and it ends up losing its black color after a few months and I think that's a shame for a brand like Stetson and for the price.

Size error on my part, but they refused to exchange the product, which was supposedly damaged and had no label, even though the label was still there. The product was in the same condition as when I received it, and had never been worn.

Due to a delivery problem with the post office, the package was returned to headict. I would like to underline the professionalism of the person who immediately informed me and arranged for the parcel to be delivered the next day, just in time for the cap to be given as a birthday present.

We are very satisfied with your site and the variety of merchandise. The only small inconvenience I had was that the hat we received had sewing threads that were damaged or missing. It was for a gift, so we tried to fix it as best we could. Maybe be a little more careful. A mistake can happen.

Super site very serious and very large choice

The cap I ordered is very nice, delivery was on time, no worries. On the other hand, I was expecting to have some packaging with the cap, other than the box itself, as it was a gift. I had to wrap the box because I didn't have a box that would do the job.
