Hello, I had to exchange my hat because it was too big, the exchange was done in 1 week after I sent the hat back.

The parcel was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, the hat is too big for me, so I sent it back to the sender. Your sizing system seems unreliable. You're almost the only company on the market where it works like that. I don't think I'll do it again.

You know very well that you need foam between each hat so as not to deform it during shipment and also during storage, so why didn't you put this foam with my hat?
