The product has a defect on the front corner of the top of the hat. The most fragile part of the hat is damaged.since the return shipping costs are at my expense, and I had already sent the hat back for a size change, I didn't want to pay again to send it back a 2nd time.so I'm disappointed, and will never buy an item on the net again.because it's 2nd choice for 1 1st choice price.

Very good, but I had to go to a competitor to get a hat you didn't have (gray bogard stetson hat).

I've placed several orders over the last 2 months, notably for NEW ERA caps and the last one for a MY HEADICT cap. Delivery-wise, nothing to complain about, I ordered in a hurry and as normal: SUPER. On the other hand, I asked for engraving on the side of a NEW ERA cap, and I received my "MY HEADICT", but the embroidery on the NEW ERA was not done.
