Hello, I had ordered 2 caps... I've only received one so far... I'll grade as I should depending on how my problem is treated
I have to pay for delivery and returns, for a 28-euro product that didn't suit me, so I lost 13 euros. What's more, there's no pre-filled label for returns, so it's tedious and outdated.

I ordered a cap and bonnet from you for Fr.45.- plus Fr. 7.- postage. I received your goods by post and was obliged to pay customs clearance and postage for the sum of Fr. 19.60 I find your way of proceeding not at all normal and moreover the cap does not suit me at all I await your reply. no cde UTHAMRIKW PA Monachon
The same day I receive 2 messages: the 1st one telling me that you will send my order, and later another message saying that you are not able to fulfill this order. This is not very serious.
I haven't received my article, even though I paid for fast delivery to my home. I'm still waiting.
Customized product impossible exchange. First shipment perfect but as a response to an exchange request I received my cap without its beautiful headict.com protection and in a smaller box all crushed. After a few emails that sounded like talking to a computer, no commercial gesture will be granted to me, so I don't feel very serene for my next order.

Personalized cap ordered with own logo. This was very poorly digitally redrawn. Poorly finished. Had to wait a long time. Not satisfied with the cap for that money it should be much better.
Delivery time was ok, but the wrong cap was delivered. Goods paid for when ordering, so the retailer had all the guarantees. Nevertheless, delayed return shipment, as I should have proven the wrong delivery by photo (?) - The burden of proof lies with the retailer Instead of regret, however, mistrust towards the buyer. Still waiting for replacement delivery - the process is dragging on like chewing gum. Weak.

Hello, I never received my parcel and I am very dissatisfied.
We ordered a cap on Feb. 9 and it has still not arrived (March 1). The address on the package was incorrect whereupon we provided our address again (on Feb. 20). Then instead of our address, my husband's name was taken as the street name. The cap was then returned to France. Yesterday we received the message that it is on its way again. Hopefully it will arrive
I have been waiting two weeks now for my order of 2 New Era caps that should have been delivered within a few days (maximum). Contacted customer service twice without any response... Very poor service, definitely will not recommend you to third and definitely do not plan to order any product from you again.
