Good and beautiful products but very slow shipping and response.
In my opinion, the communication regarding the delivery leaves much to be desired. In the tracking of the package one can only see, that the package is somewhere, but not when the package is likely to be delivered. Also one only sees that the package is "in transit", but from where to where is not visible. Too bad I can not write more. Because of this service 1 star.

The problem is that delivery times are not met. You announce on the site "product available", within 48 hours. Then, when you place your order on the site (March 4), they announce 10 days which turn into 2 weeks (parcel available on March 19). On the other hand, if you deliver in 15 days, say so clearly! Otherwise, you'll lose customer confidence.
Hello, I'm not one to complain, but being a cap fan, I'd like to tell you that the one I ordered was poorly designed (embroidery poorly done). Personally, I'd have preferred a little more depth... I hope my comment will help. All the best

I haven't received the right order and I haven't heard anything about what's going to happen next. I'm still waiting, but I'll try again.
Product unfortunately too small. Return procedure not clear and expensive (product must be sent back to France). On the website it says that you have to send an email and in response to the email after a few days I am referred to the same section on the website where it says that you have to send an email. Returns are still being processed so I cannot say anything about that.
The perceived quality of the product is disappointing. It's not the cap but the felt badge. Indeed, the crest was the main interest of this cap. It's extremely thin without relief, in a word more than disappointing for a product priced at 25. I'm extremely disappointed! I will not return the product as it was a gift from my children ...but I will not buy from your site again I
Dissatisfied with the delivery but thanks to the site's customer service for doing what was necessary.
The cap was beautiful, but too big. I returned it to exchange for a size smaller. I am still waiting for that, will hopefully be fine. The return address appears to be in France. While ordering from Headict.co.uk. Soon I will have lost a total of 23 shipping costs. They can't expect another order from me.
Have been waiting a day for nothing for delivery, had received an email saying my order would be delivered that day (Friday),, was only after the weekend, put in the bin, not even rang the bell. Very satisfied with the quick handling of my order though, and late delivery perhaps understandable due to Christmas rush.

No information is given on the fact that the dollars are American dollars, even though I live in Canada. The monetary value is not adapted to the country, so it comes as a surprise when you have to pay more than indicated on the site, knowing that it asks you for your country of delivery and your province.
Poor-quality fabric already faded in places, poor-quality stitching too, many skipped stitches and quite a few threads sticking out. The logo on the side is not the same as the one shown on the website. Would not recommend.

No one knows where your products are made. When we go into a physical store, we can read on the label: "Made in NNN". Not on your website. That's a shame.

Hat for is too small for a man
Hello, I placed 2 orders on the same day, the first (2 caps) was delivered free of charge. The second I placed a few minutes later, the delivery was charged to me, impossible to integrate this 2nd order into the first. I still paid more than 100 euros.... I've just received my second order, a NY cap, and I notice that the NY logo is fraying...
Nothing to say about the delivery. My order arrived as expected. But the colors of the caps are not as described, the black for example looks like sky blue or dark gray.
Classic New Era cap but too short around the ears (women's size?). I don't like the personalized embroidery at all. The finish of the embroidered letters looks rather cheap.
Great product, good quality. A little expensive, but the delivery by the post office sucks! The letter carrier placed the parcel with the wrong person. It would be a good idea to use a private service which would be much faster and more efficient (TNT, DHL, UPS).
Delivery to the other end of my town instead of a nearby collection point, otherwise very good.
