Delivery was very fast. It would be nice to have more photos of the hats, caps, gapettes, etc. worn; it would be easier to imagine how the item would look, especially when you buy without trying it on.

Collection excellent , but return shipment very poor , due to lack of return label for carrier !!!

I don't often write reviews but here a little problem was solved within a short time without any drama. Only 1 of 2 snapbacks arrived. I wrote to customer support, they checked immediately and my order was complete the next day. Very friendly, the snapbacks are top quality, there is simply nothing I could complain about.

The cap is of good quality. However, it's a pity you didn't inform me in advance that the logo text would be almost illegible.

Every year I order a personalized cap for my boyfriend as a gift with his initials and age. Some years the cap is stitched better than others. Often the colors on the website don't quite match the actual e colors either. Some caps have a green bottom, this can sometimes clash with your cap color choice. Despite these little things, I really like the concept of the cap.

Hello, good on the whole but I was not asked to validate the 2nd embroidery on the side of the cap which is completely illegible, I invested 450 euro in 10 caps and the writing on the side is ILLEGIBLE, WHY? not to have sent me my validation also for the 2nd embroidery!!!!
