I have not yet received my parcel....

I'm missing a cap and it took longer than expected and more expensive too.

I have not received the cap I ordered

The continue order button doesn't work, they wrote me an email to say it was already working but it wasn't, the cap arrived with a typo, instead of a dot they put a weird symbol, I'm so disappointed 🙁

I have still not been delivered, no news of my package, very disappointed.

I asked for 3 embroideries on my cap and there is only one.

Merchandise never received ? order and payment since July 19, 2017 and it's already July 27 ??? Sorry, really disappointed ?

The product I ordered turned out to be too small after delivery. This while I had measured beforehand according to the instructions on the site. Shipping costs 5.50. To return you pay 10.75. All in all, I paid 16.25 for nothing.

The delivery did not arrive on time. There was no notification of a later delivery date and the shipment tracking in French does not provide any explanation.

According to your track and trace system, my package arrived at the distribution center in Amsterdam on 12-04-17. It is now 18-04-17 and still I have not received my package.So far the delivery of the hat is very poor. An excuse regarding weekend and or easter is out of the question, because well before that I should have had my hat a long time ago. Worthless.

The product has a defect on the front corner of the top of the hat. The most fragile part of the hat is damaged.since the return shipping costs are at my expense, and I had already sent the hat back for a size change, I didn't want to pay again to send it back a 2nd time.so I'm disappointed, and will never buy an item on the net again.because it's 2nd choice for 1 1st choice price.
