My buff was broken on arrival I hesitated a lot to send it back, but was reluctant to go through the hassle AND I was really looking forward to it so I just glued the hole and took it for granted, but too bad it wasn't seen
Everything is perfect at Headict, except for the delivery since my order was never delivered (change service provider (Colissimo)). A customer who was always very satisfied...

I chose Colissimo delivery and it was impossible to evaluate the product as it never arrived ... I suspect that the problem is not with your site but with the service provider (who is often incompetent) but I'll take advantage of this review to see if any action on your part is possible.

Package not received.
The item I ordered was initially not available. I was not informed of this. It was only when I asked that it was delivered - albeit a few weeks late. Nevertheless: THANK YOU!
Response by email to my requests on order tracking within 3 to 4 days Delivery to the deconfinement within 3 weeks. No information on order if no reminders. Shame. Otherwise quality product. To be seen over time. 3 embroidered caps

Very good product, as described, but the price of delivery is too high and there's no offer of a free collection from a parcel relay. You have to make a margin .....

Unfortunately the first order took a very long time. The items I ordered were different in size so I had to return them. The postage was 13 and I was charged another 9 for the exchange and the associated new postage. The bottom line is. I have paid a total of 31 in postage costs for one order and one exchange and will order elsewhere in the future.
Unique that my favorite stetson cap was still available to order from you guys. Shipped quickly, glad to receive it soon. I think it was sent with a DPD daughter and DPD is so bad in its service, that I 'found' my package by coincidence at a service point when I went by for another package...Both were not even offered at my home address, but dumped at the service point without notice.
DPD delivered the package to the wrong address. "At the neighbors" Only it's not my neighbors. It's a different street. This is not your fault, but the fault of DPD. Kind regards, Erik
The delivery did take a very, very long time.
I placed an order on May 17th and to this day I still haven't received anything even though it was a surprise to offer and they said it would take 7-10 days to arrive ... Disappointed .
I placed a first order and I was really extremely satisfied with my 2 caps and even my students want to order from me. So I immediately reordered 3 caps but disappointingly the cut has changed slightly so the caps don't look great on me. As for customer service, an e-mail was sent but I haven't received any feedback (what a shame).
3 weeks late
Lousy delivery, but it's just like Colissimo Engraving and color are in line. On the other hand, average quality, especially on the back of the plastic cap, which isn't very comfortable.

Damaged caps Late delivery
No communication on delivery dates and tracking. The product purchased was a replacement for an existing product ordered on your site 2 years ago. The product delivered was not the same as the one ordered two years ago. Customer service was rated at 3 stars pending action.
The website didn't allow adding custom text to a cap. For me it was really frustrating because we planned to add custom text. Why provide the option if the system doesn't allow it?
I don't find the failure to return free of charge to be customer-oriented. The fact that you cannot then return discounted items at all is really a bad thing.

You should reconsider the parcel service. And customer service responds very quickly but is playing for time. Parcel was hanging somewhere in Melle in a depot for a few days. Could have been there sooner.
The package did not arrive within 48 hours as announced. I was out of town when it arrived. Fortunately I got it back without any problem when I came back. So 2 stars. The hat is perfect, so 5 stars. The customer service issue does not apply. I did like being able to track my parcel online. So 3 stars.
I find it impertinent of you not to enclose a returns bill with the ordered goods. This means that the customer is stuck with the postage costs and pays twice if he returns a hat.

I placed an order for stock merchandise with a substantial discount for Black Freiday. I was charged directly to my credit card. Shortly afterwards, I received an e-mail saying that the main article was no longer available. I asked for the same discount on the chosen article (which was less suitable for me than the original article).
