Embroidered cap The embroidery is not straight when highlighting the text. Quality of the made in china/rpc cap is rather disappointing. Good concept, very ergonomic site, but the result ... I wouldn't recommend. Cdt.

I ordered a custom made cappy and got exactly what I wanted. The quality is, as always, very good and you can be satisfied. Unless I'm mistaken, the cappy comes from France and that's why the delivery time, in conjunction with my individual sticker, was a little longer. All in all, I am very satisfied. 5 stars.

I could have given the merchandise a 4-star rating because the cap I ordered didn't have a Velcro fastening as shown on the website, but an adjustable strap. But the quality of the product was very good. What's more, customer service reacted quickly and provided good compensation for the inconvenience.

Delivery slightly delayed due to the flooding, but absolutely fine. Goods very good. Customer service not to satisfaction. Initially, the link to track the shipment did not work. To this day (almost a week later) there has been no response to my email to customer service - that is not customer service for me. However, the link worked again later.
