Everything is perfect

Package not received the day before change received 2 days later I had already left the address.

I ordered a Theo totem engraved cap and it arrived blank with no writing.

A delay in the delivery date but very good product and quick response when sending mail.

Love the website, a beautyful collection with a variety of styles, and pretty affordable as well!

The tracking of the parcel has been invalidated 2 times, but I don't hold it against you, each time I have contacted your customer service, I have been answered a few hours later.

Quality, choice and speed

I could not track my shipment; I was redirected to a French site with an error message (in French and therefore not understandable). Emailed about it. Got a message that they are looking into it, but nothing more. Hat now in and I like it.

Well done for everything! But to go into constructive criticism, I find that the site doesn't offer enough (or even very few) caps without logos, with an effort on fabrics, materials, and colors or patterns. What's more, they're poorly referenced. In short, a lot of brands and logos and very few creations... However, I'm more than happy to have found mine!

Shipped and received within 4 days. The quality is very good, corresponds well to the product ordered and is well protected. I recommend this product.
