I had made a custom logo on the side of the cap .... Missing on delivery
I was surprised by the size of the choker I received, I wasn't expecting this type of item at all... May I suggest that you indicate the dimensions of this type of item in your online catalog... Best regards.
It's not the cap I'd selected, nor the color or shape.
A justified change of product type, however it would have been appreciated if this had been indicated before placing a personalized order which is neither exchanged nor reimbursed. Too bad, because up to now it's been perfect.
Ordered wrong product and in addition must send back at my own expense with track and trace, so beret of 40 euros cost me 18 euros on shipment and did not get desired product. I am still waiting my costs 40 euro refunded to my bank account

Item not received the first time but quickly reshipped. I advise you to drop the colissimo service, they are liars and dishonest. I've had a personalized cap made, and apart from one spot where the embroidery is a little loose but not serious, it's superb.
I ordered a DBZ cap from Headict. The site is well designed and delivery was fast. I am however very disappointed with the quality of the capslab cap. The top button isn't centered at all, and the stitching isn't very good. I hope it will be as sturdy as I expected. I also found it 10 cheaper near me. Apart from the quality of the product, there's nothing to say about the service.
I returned the package because the hat is too big.

I have mixed feelings. The caps are well made, but the lack of any indication as to whether the embroidery is more feminine or masculine is cruelly lacking. The rendering on a computer screen is not necessarily faithful to reality. I end up with a cap I can't wear. The color of the embroidery isn't actually masculine...
I love your products, but it's now been 2 deliveries that are not going well. My order dates from 27.07 and the product still hasn't arrived and is still marked as "En cours d'acheminement" on the Colissimo website. I find that your site lacks a contact number to reach you and allow the customer to make the link between Colissimo and Headict. Manuel Blin
Several orders and always too long a delivery time, especially during sales periods.
Package stored in Click&Collect with broken seals, therefore unworkable. In addition, due to inadequate packaging, the frame of the pair of glasses is broken (absence of foam or other protective materials).
When you set a new delivery address, it would be good to respect it.

I had ordered a grey beanie and received a black one.
A little disappointed with the last purchase, the size l is much larger and the shape is different from the hat I wanted and has a lack of ventilation so the straw remains very wet and deforms the hat.

The cap I ordered is not the one I would have liked to have. It is different in visor size and cap height, even though I have the "same" model.
Scam I ordered an embroidered cap. I end up with a very small embroidery on the side, nothing to do with the photos shown on the site. 1st and last order from you.
Too bad shipping costs are yours if a cap does not fit or is not good, otherwise everything is done correctly and they are top products.
The products were as described and very pretty. On the other hand, express delivery was a useless extra cost with an unscrupulous carrier, a real shame.
Nothing to report except that the cap adjustment is not great.
