The size does not match, S-M is too large despite the sizes indicated on the site.
Late delivery and product not up to my expectations
Embroidery really very limit person of the incomprehensible soap I am left like that with defects on my cap really on Not even a commercial gesture to offer
Product was a "Stetson Trilby hat. Completely as described and well packed. The site promised a delivery date of max 3 days after purchase but this only arrived a week later. Replying to emails then with a comment regarding delivery date is apparently in its infancy.
Very disappointed with my purchase. The finish is mediocre. The logo was disjointed... I do not recommend
I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw. Having already bought a hat in size M, I went back for the same size, alas it wasn't the same brand.
The quality of the cap is awful for its price ... Plastic strap pfffff
I am sorry, but I did not receive the product I ordered from the web shop, at least the color pattern was completely different than shown in the web shop.Meanwhile, the 'wrong' product delivered has been returned. My complaint about this was simply dismissed with the statement; "We confirm it is the good item. I wonder if something will be done about this.
According to Headict, the delivery was going to take 5-6 days. What I did not know and found very unfortunate is that it took almost three times as long. It came from France which apparently takes a very long time.... Was useful to know that you order in Dutch, (the contact in English) and the tracking code completely in French. Contact did take very long, as did the delivery. Cap was otherwise super
Disappointing color
Delivery a little long. What's more, the deliveryman made no attempt to show us the parcel, simply leaving it on the floor in front of the janitor's lodge. The items are of very good quality. And I had no contact with customer service.
Nothing to say
The packaging had to be repaired by the postal service. On arrival, it was still possible to remove the contents without having to unpack the packaging, just by lifting a corner of the flap. Fortunately, the contents were unharmed.
The packaging did not hold up. The flat cap was in a flimsy flat box and was amateurishly and repeatedly taped on both short sides. The flat cap was undamaged. If one ships any other kind of headgear, e.g. a hat, this way you have a chance of damage. So use sturdy rigid boxes Otherwise, the flat cap I ordered is a perfectly nice cap that meets expectations.
But this was due to DPD delivery; filed a complaint there as well. Super happy with the cap and the offer from on the website
Cap too small and name embroidery unstitched. for the price of the merchandise i find it insufficient
Cap a little too big, too bad
The straw hat was delivered in a box that was too small, so the hat arrived with a deformation due to the box being too small. For a first order, I was a little disappointed, so I don't plan to order from you again.
The hat you sent me has some faults ("crushed" straw with an iron and a misshapen head).
Customized product no comforme customer service not trying to understand my request so I gave up but I will not recommend it
Not received the merchandise
I'm disappointed with my last order, not for the merchandise but for the customer service. I placed two orders on the same day and called customer service to ask if my order had been placed.

In the case of exchanges, return delivery is not offered, which makes sense to me. I will no longer be recommending this site.
Disappointed by a product whose quality does not correspond to what was expected .
Your site has both highly competent staff and top-quality products, but it's a shame to live in a country like Belgium, at the height of surrealism: the letter carrier in charge of delivering the parcel parked in front of my house, but no doubt his legs were cramping and his arms were broken, so he didn't bother to get out of his vehicle.
Actually really cool, I ordered the colors white and black. The underside of the cap was green? Why? Can you get in touch with me?
Unfortunately disappointed, the frame on the front of the cap is not straight in 2 places, so I won't be able to wear it. The size of the cap should also be more clearly indicated on the site - unfortunately I ordered a child's size thinking it was an adult.
I expected better, the visors of the caps are too soft. I'm not at all happy with these caps.

The product does not correspond at all to the photo. Very disappointed.
The first time I washed the hood, the color came out of the laser engraving 🙁 I ordered a hood two years ago that still looks perfect, the new products are apparently defective, unfortunately. the quality of the hood itself is no longer as good.
