2nd order was top notch, perhaps an effort on the packaging: sketchy, hat visible on delivery due to deformed cardboard... The only downside is that the hats advertised are no longer manufactured... but that's another matter. Dutch website, but products from France so had to wait almost 2 weeks while it says 'immediately available'. Not incorrect but misleading. Then return very complicated and shipping for own account. Also good to know: only if you exchange within 7 days you get a refund. This makes ordering from a giant more attractive...
