The cap is really nice but I find your video misleading. It describes a great packaging with a small fabric bag and a pretty box that looks premium especially when you offer... to end up with a cap surrounded by a piece of paper in a crude cardboard box... I was excited by your video that highlighted the premium craftsmanship... I feel a little cheated...

Very good service. I bought 3 hats, 2 of which were very good and a 3rd which was a little different in size from the photo on the website (it came down a little too far on the ears, but that's a personal taste). It's still very good quality with very good service.

Not much to say, quality product, correct delivery time.

No information is given on the fact that the dollars are American dollars, even though I live in Canada. The monetary value is not adapted to the country, so it comes as a surprise when you have to pay more than indicated on the site, knowing that it asks you for your country of delivery and your province.

For a first order I am completely satisfied. As a gift it has not yet been given but I think it will please considering the quality.

Cardboard torn or in poor condition in letterbox and very poor quality cap (visor cannot be adjusted by folding, no material in the visor) cap thrown in the garbage can, unable to send it back due to the condition of the cardboard and cost of sending it back by colissimo.
