The products are very good at an affordable price. Delivery took 2 weeks for a personalized cap, 1 week would have been better. I can't comment on customer service as I haven't dealt with them.

Cap made in china... too bad. Quality's not bad. But I sweated once in it, there are already brands... 34 it's expensive
