I am satisfied with my order. The quality is good. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of delivery and order tracking. In other words, the customer should already be given the order tracking link in the confirmation e-mail.

Classic New Era cap but too short around the ears (women's size?). I don't like the personalized embroidery at all. The finish of the embroidered letters looks rather cheap.

Everything was great, the cap arrived quickly and was comparably priced.

Well, I've ordered 3 basques, summer basques mind you, but I'll get to that. Black, red and beige. The quality is very good, they fit perfectly, a tad bigger would be good, but still great. But, and here's the reason why I wouldn't order them again, they're not washable. I can't understand a summer basque in beige that you can't wash.

A very professional site in terms of navigation, choice and relatively fast delivery, given the current context and my geographical residence in a French overseas department, Reunion Island. The only drawback, which isn't really a drawback for the site. I'm an adult, but with a small head. So I find my products in the children's category.
