I ordered 2 caps which arrived in 48h well packed. They corresponded to the description, so I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was great. However, the fact that the customer has to pay the return costs is not in keeping with the times for an online store and not really customer-friendly, hence a customer service star deduction.

Received on time, inexpensive, fast shipping and cap as described. Super site that I discovered by chance and will not hesitate to order again from this site.
No note for the customer service I didn't have to deal with them. As for the rest, everything is impeccable, from the cap to the delivery. I'm thinking of buying a second one.
