Satisfied with my 2 caps. Product missing after ordering, but replaced after discussion with after-sales service. PS: in this kind of case, a small gesture (not necessarily financial) would be even better to compensate for the product ordered but finally unavailable. In short, don't hesitate, it's a good box made in Yaute too!

Unique that my favorite stetson cap was still available to order from you guys. Shipped quickly, glad to receive it soon. I think it was sent with a DPD daughter and DPD is so bad in its service, that I 'found' my package by coincidence at a service point when I went by for another package...Both were not even offered at my home address, but dumped at the service point without notice.

Slight default if you're careful about the stitching of the logo but the work is very very well done in general 🙂 Satisfied with the product overall and the delivery time is short for such a quality product ( cheap price )
