I am a registered user on your website and I have purchased several times from your store. I changed my address over a year ago and it is correctly updated in my profile. However, in my last purchase, I received an invoice with the old address. I didn't even imagine that you still kept outdated data! Now it turns out that they are not responding on WhatsApp. I work all day and I don't have time to go in person to demand something as basic as an invoice with the correct address, which is already registered in your system. I sent an email with the transfer receipt on the same day I made it, two days later they wrote to me to say they would send me the account number to make the transfer and complete my purchase.
