It was an urgent order, I set it for store pickup and explicitly and in writing asked them to notify me as soon as I could pick it up and no one notified me... a week passed and I had to write to see if it was ready because on the website the order still appeared as "In preparation"

However, when selecting store pickup at Herbitas Valencia, both during the purchase process and in the confirmation email, it is stated that the order is available for pickup in store for 72 hours.
