The navigation and the page is good and clear. But these last few times it seems that they changed the delivery company and it was very bad because they did not notify me by email (as the previous one) to let me know that the order was already in shipment, nor when they delivered it or that they had delivered it. In fact, they delivered it in a commercial place next to the address they had for delivery and they did not notify me that they had delivered it.

The products are of very good quality but reviewing the invoice I have seen that you apply a 21% VAT to the shipping costs that already seem to me to exceed 6.90€, I thought that more than 16€ for a bunetera that costs 7.70 in catalog, is to spend on shipping and VAT, I would like that the prices carry the VAT on the page and the catalog.
