And if it is a product that I need urgently, maybe I have ordered it from you and not from another laboratory because you had it at the beginning and then it turns out that you do not have it.

A large part of the order was not received. You place an order online, pay for it and when it arrives you realize that you are missing practically the entire order and without the possibility of receiving it again. A scam or a rip-off, depending on how you look at it.

in a first order I asked them for a tweezers diescción and only delivered me half, for lack of stock (something that the web did not indicate) and I was summoned to ask for them in the next order. when I make the next order, these tweezers are discontinued and offer me other more expensive, ok. I place a new order expressly for the tweezers, my surprise comes when on their website if they have stock but when I receive the order, only one of the three I ordered arrives, summoning me again to order them in the next order. leaving me again with the problem of not being able to serve my customer what he requested. it does not seem serious to me.
