The order did not come with the invoice and they also haven't sent it to me by email. I claimed it through the enabled WhatsApp but they haven't sent it to me either

It was an urgent order, I set it for store pickup and explicitly and in writing asked them to notify me as soon as I could pick it up and no one notified me... a week passed and I had to write to see if it was ready because on the website the order still appeared as "In preparation"

Response from Herbitas
Hello Elena,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. In your case, the pickup notification was not sent and we understand the confusion, especially since the order continues to appear as "In preparation" on the website.
However, when selecting store pickup at Herbitas Valencia, both during the purchase process and in the confirmation email, it is stated that the order is available for pickup in store for 72 hours.
We appreciate your comment, as it helps us to continue improving our communication processes.

After allowing me to register on your page and using it to fry me to emails, and after charging me for the order although they certainly returned it to me later, they did not send me the product because I am not a professional in the podiatric field.

Response from Herbitas
Dear José Carlos,
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.
As we indicate clearly in the header of all pages of our website, "Exclusive sale to healthcare professionals," our products are intended solely for professionals in the healthcare/podiatric field. For this reason, once it was verified that you did not meet this requirement, we were unable to process the shipment of the order.
We understand that this limitation can be frustrating and, precisely for this reason, we proceeded to make a full refund of the amount paid as soon as possible.
We remain at your disposal for any additional clarification and appreciate your understanding.
