My order arrived incomplete, they told me that the Standard Insoles Last 42 is not in stock, but on the page they announced that they were available. I sent mail and whatsaap message but they do not give me information about it.

All the bottles were damaged and alcohol was leaking out of the bottles. I think you were aware of this as they tried to cover it with tape. A disappointment

The last three shipments have either not arrived complete or have arrived damaged. Every time there has been this kind of problem I have asked to please stop it from happening, and it keeps happening....

I have received the boxes of scalpel blades opened and all scattered around the package, when I opened the package they all fell on the floor. You buy sterile scalpel blades and they arrive like this.

I have recently started using the website, although I have to say that they are faster in the delivery when you do it by phone, for what it's worth my opinion.

The name on the delivery address was incorrect. The transporter did not deliver to the indicated address, raised problems and delivered to another location.

The order arrived 4 days after ordering it, the carrier did not call me when it arrived at the address and since he was not at home on his own, he left it at a neighbor's house who has not been home for a few days and I was unable to pick up the order. All unfortunate
