I always usually place my orders in Herbitas, as the page is quite intuitive and easy to use and find the products you want to buy, as well as the delivery is always fast and efficient. But if I must let you know that the price of shipping is excessive, if there are frequent customers should have some kind of discount.

The boxes of the bandages are broken and the adhesive plasters come without their boxes. I really like to buy from you but these things put me off. I have placed a large order for them to come in this state.

As for the plasters that have not arrived in a box, the reason is because these products arrive in hospital format. We try to make it easy for the professional to buy them in unit formats, but they do not come in boxes.
