We sincerely regret the delay in the delivery of your order. We know how important it is to receive your products on time and we understand your discomfort. During Black Friday, the volume of orders exceeded our expectations, which unfortunately generated some delays in deliveries.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and assure you that we are working to improve our processes to prevent similar situations from happening again.
