In this case both the customer service and the order have been correct. Not so the shipment, which I clearly put some dates in which it could not be sent (because we were out) and it was just sent on those dates.

A experiência no geral foi bastante boa. They were even kind enough to accommodate my request and send me a box of lollipops. O único ponto negativo foi o tempo de resposta.
