I have recently started using the website, although I have to say that they are faster in the delivery when you do it by phone, for what it's worth my opinion.

Place an order from abroad. I am a podiatry student. So that a family member could receive it in Barcelona and bring it to me. Since it is not available in my country. They sent me an email asking me for the cif. Something that I can not have because I do not live in that country. And after that they did not communicate again. Days passed and I sent a WhatsApp, where they told me that my order had been bounced. Because of the cif problem. I asked how I could do since I was from abroad. They gave me no answers and sent me to talk to a distributor in Barcelona so that he could sell me. They gave me a phone number. I could never get in touch with him.
I really don't understand why they don't sell to professionals in other countries. When in our country there are none and it is needed. I do not understand why they did not give me an explanation by email and I had to resort to WhatsApp because no one would tell me anything. And add that they charged me for the sale and now I am waiting for the card to subtract that amount since it still appears in my account statement. A pity

The name on the delivery address was incorrect. The transporter did not deliver to the indicated address, raised problems and delivered to another location.

The products are of very good quality but reviewing the invoice I have seen that you apply a 21% VAT to the shipping costs that already seem to me to exceed 6.90€, I thought that more than 16€ for a bunetera that costs 7.70 in catalog, is to spend on shipping and VAT, I would like that the prices carry the VAT on the page and the catalog.

The site is perfect, the content is ok. But I have made an order of almost 300 € and not a single detail. In these dates I have made similar orders and they arrived with a diary, a box of chocolates from the red box. The cuttings have arrived at Herbitas. Very disappointed the truth
