The order arrived ten days after it was formalized. It was delayed due to Black Friday, okay, but its status was "in preparation", and it only got moving once I called to claim it. Other than that, everything was fine.

We want to clarify that, for technical reasons, the order may appear as "in preparation" in the system even though it has already been correctly processed and is in progress.
