Response from Herbitas
Hello! First of all, we want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry that this time your order did not arrive within the 24/48 hours as you expected.
Upon reviewing the case, we see that your order was placed on the afternoon of May 13, so it was recorded on the 14th and left our facilities on May 15. The transport agency Redur delivered it on the 19th, with the weekend in between, which has evidently extended the delivery time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and we take note to continue improving our service. We strive to provide the best attention and will do everything possible to optimize delivery times in the future.
Thank you again for your trust and for helping us improve. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The order is OK. It arrived quickly. But I have been requesting the invoice since I received it and I can't get a response from the company.

We are happy with the service, it could perhaps be faster, 24-48 hours, but otherwise very good.

I placed an order on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Wednesday. A whole week, good thing the order is supposed to arrive in 24-48 hours...

The after-sales service is quite improvable. No one was interested in calling to check that we had received the equipment correctly, to ask if we had any issues when starting it up, if everything was fine...

Everything is correct. If I had to mention something, for orders over €250 they used to give lollipops, but in my last 2 orders I haven't been lucky. Always on time, that's for sure.
