My order arrived incomplete, they told me that the Standard Insoles Last 42 is not in stock, but on the page they announced that they were available. I sent mail and whatsaap message but they do not give me information about it.

Very good service, but the shipping costs are quite high given that there are companies that for purchases over 50 euros offer free delivery.

The navigation and the page is good and clear. But these last few times it seems that they changed the delivery company and it was very bad because they did not notify me by email (as the previous one) to let me know that the order was already in shipment, nor when they delivered it or that they had delivered it. In fact, they delivered it in a commercial place next to the address they had for delivery and they did not notify me that they had delivered it.

The name on the delivery address was incorrect. The transporter did not deliver to the indicated address, raised problems and delivered to another location.
