The navigation and the page is good and clear. But these last few times it seems that they changed the delivery company and it was very bad because they did not notify me by email (as the previous one) to let me know that the order was already in shipment, nor when they delivered it or that they had delivered it. In fact, they delivered it in a commercial place next to the address they had for delivery and they did not notify me that they had delivered it.

the experience on the customer website is not good, it is hard to find what you want even if you know it is on the web, then they do not inform you if there is stock or not and the surprise is when they deliver the goods, of course if you have paid in advance then you have to claim the amounts of the undelivered, it is not solved automatically.... in short it is not comfortable.
