The store consistently delivers on product quality and reliability, with many customers noting items arriving in excellent condition, well-protected, and exactly as described. Fast and precise shipping stands out, with multiple reviews highlighting quick delivery, easy ordering, and orders arriving within or ahead of expected timelines. Customer service and professionalism are praised, including attentive support, accurate order fulfillment, and a loyalty program, while the wide variety of products and competitive prices further reinforce the positive experience. Overall, customers repeatedly express satisfaction with the shopping experience, value for money, and dependable service.
Overall all very good and very satisfied but I would like the invoice to be received by email directly instead of wasting paper and having to request it every time telematically.

Good quality materials. Easy on-line purchase and fast delivery. As an aspect to improve I would recommend giving more information about the technical characteristics and applications of orthopedic materials.

We are always well served at Herbitas, but we just need a French-speaking interlocutor and a catalogue in French. Dommage, car je penses que nous travaillerons beaucoup plus ensemble.
