The service they provide is very good. I had a problem and they resolved it right away, even though it wasn’t their fault but the postal service’s. Thank you very much...

Good product, just as described. Good customer service: I had problems placing the order because of the postal code, and they sorted it out right away via WhatsApp. Good and fast delivery. 100% recommended. I will buy again.

It is very chopped up and has far too much sugar. I don't like it at all in this condition, since they don't state the sugar percentage.

Response from hipergol
Hello Juan Antonio, we're sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. So we can look into this properly, could you tell us whether you mean the dried mango or the ginger? It would also be helpful to know what surprised you about the sugar content or the way the product was cut. Thank you for your help.

The box arrived in pieces, broken all over. But that's the least of it. Excellent purchase and excellent seller. Thank you very much, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I expected it to come in its box, not wrapped in bubble wrap.

Good, although I don't know if it's a fault with the toy, but the Zenon's farm car keeps stopping.
