Hello David,
Your order, placed on Friday, was dispatched for delivery the following Monday, in line with the usual shipping times. According to GLS, several delivery attempts were made, after which the shipment was made available for collection at their depot and was subsequently returned because it was not collected.
Regarding your request, the email received on the 22nd was handled that same day. We informed you that the issue had been referred to the carrier and that we were waiting for the package to be returned so we could proceed.
We are still waiting to receive the returned shipment so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
