Fix the poor delivery service of the company you have chosen for deliveries, or choose another one. I have been waiting two days for my delivery despite providing instructions on how to deliver it. And it is food. Very disappointed.

Dear Enrique,
We deeply regret the problems you have experienced with the delivery of your order, and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this situation.
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, especially when it involves food. We have contacted the GLS branch to address this issue and are taking immediate steps to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
We want to assure you that we take every customer comment and piece of feedback very seriously. We are actively reviewing our choice of shipping companies to prevent future problems and improve the delivery experience for all our customers. We offer several options, such as GLS, DHL, and TDN, so each customer can select the one that best suits their needs and budget. However, we understand your concern and want to help resolve this situation.
We will keep you informed of any relevant updates and do everything possible to ensure you receive your order satisfactorily. If you have any further questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Ricardo,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced due to the delay in handling the issue with your product. We would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused you.
We completely understand your frustration and want to let you know that we have been working hard to resolve this situation.
