I’ve been waiting many days for a response, since I received one product instead of the two I ordered. I think this was poorly handled, whether by the shipping company or whoever, because supposedly everything had been sent. I won’t buy again or recommend that anyone else buy from you.

Response from hipergol
We are very sorry about the situation you described. According to our WhatsApp correspondence, the order was correctly shipped in a single box containing both backpacks, as shown to you in the images.
After receiving your photos, we noticed that the packaging does not match the original seal it had when it left our warehouse. In these cases, as we explained, you need to file a claim or report with the shipping company. They must investigate the incident and confirm it with us so that we can resolve it.
We understand your frustration and are still waiting for a response from the shipping company so we can offer you a definitive solution. We apologize for the inconvenience, although this situation is not directly within our control.

The service they provide is very good. I had a problem and they resolved it right away, even though it wasn’t their fault but the postal service’s. Thank you very much...
