Customer reviews of hipergol

Dear Francisco Javier,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We have reviewed your order and confirmed that it was placed on February 19 at 10:47 p.m. and dispatched from our premises the following day, February 20, at 1:29 p.m., in line with our usual preparation and dispatch times of less than 24 business hours.

The issue occurred later during the transport company’s handling of the shipment, which is outside our direct control. We fully understand your frustration, especially as this was a gift with a specific delivery date, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

From the outset, we have been following up with GLS to expedite delivery and submit the relevant complaint. The shipment is currently marked as out for delivery.

At hipergol, we work every day to provide fast shipping and effective customer service, but external logistical issues can sometimes arise, and we do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance. We would love the opportunity to serve you again and provide the experience you deserve.

Kind regards,
The hipergol team
