Really great, just as it is!! I couldn’t find the game my daughter asked me for, but they had it here. I was a little unsure because I didn’t know this website, but it turned out great. It arrived the day after I ordered it, everything was great, with an invoice and no problems at all!! I’ll definitely order again.

The speed, the good packaging, and the fact that it is a small company that works so well. The mug I bought was a fantastic price for such a beautiful mug. It was the cheapest place, even including shipping costs. I discovered it by chance and really liked it. Now I also check HiperGol when I need something, not just the usual websites. Thanks!

Response from hipergol
Hello Christophe,
We are sorry that you did not like the product.
We would like to clarify that the **Gianduiotto hazelnut cream chocolate** you received is a product **made in Italy by Laica S.p.A.**, a chocolate company founded in 1946 in Arona, Italy. The packaging clearly states **“Made in Italy”**, along with the manufacturer's information and the ingredients.
It is not a copy or a product of Chinese origin.
In any case, we understand that the taste or texture may not appeal to everyone. If you believe the product has **a quality issue**, you can contact our customer service team and we will be happy to look into it with you.
Thank you for your feedback; it helps us continue to improve.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team
