Very bad. It is the 12th and I still haven't received my order, which I was told would arrive between the 8th and 9th.
The delivery driver hangs up on me without offering a solution, and the person in charge on the phone says she will call me, but I'm still waiting.
The order was a birthday present that will no longer arrive in time.

Response from hipergol
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the order not arriving in time for the birthday.
The delay occurred because the address provided when placing the order was incomplete, which prevented the carrier from making the delivery. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you to request the missing details and immediately forwarded the complete address to GLS so they could arrange delivery.
We understand your frustration, especially as this was a gift, and we also regret the service you received from the carrier. We will continue to follow up to ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible.

I bought boxes of 3 Pokémon socks, and some are one size while others are another, even though they all cost the same, which we don't understand.

Response from hipergol
We apologize for the confusion. We would like to clarify that these are the same product and that the only difference between the boxes received is the packaging format, which does not affect the contents or the price.
