Dear Ricardo,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced due to the delay in handling the issue with your product. We would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused you.
We completely understand your frustration and want to let you know that we have been working hard to resolve this situation. We would like to explain that the product you purchased is made in Ukraine, and unfortunately, due to the current conflict in that region, we are facing various logistical challenges that are affecting delivery times and the availability of new batches.
We want you to know that we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times. We are doing everything possible to speed up the process, but if you wish, we can issue a refund for the products and close the case.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve and provide better service to our customers. If you have any further questions or need more information about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help in any way we can.
We appreciate your trust in us and hope to provide you with a more positive shopping experience in the future.
Best regards,
