I assume the product is fine; it's a gift that I still haven't been able to give because the package didn't arrive on time. I paid a little extra for fast delivery, but that didn't happen. The carrier didn't come to my home, although they said they had, and they didn't come the next day either, instead leaving it at a collection point, which I couldn't get to because I was away.

I sent a WhatsApp message to the number they provide... the watch is completely black, the face and the surrounding area, all black... they replied that I should place the order on the website... and I received a watch with the inside of the outer rim white, not black... Everything is very good, and although it arrived late, it wasn't Hipergol's fault, so I won't count the delay against them. However, I do want to mention that of the three things I ordered—pineapple, papaya, and apricots—the apricots, although well wrapped, had the opening tab open, and I noticed the expiration date was November 24, 2024. I wanted a set of the four puzzles, but they sent me four copies of each one. I don't understand how I was supposed to order them, especially since I first wrote to ask for information on completing the collection because I already had two. I was told no, so I ordered all four and received duplicates of every one. Anyway, everything else was great; the package arrived very quickly.

Well, I think Hipergol shipped the order quickly, but according to the delivery company, GLS, the package arrived in my city on Thursday, and today, Sunday, I still haven't received it, so it won't arrive by Christmas Eve. If I were the store owner and wanted to improve the store's image, I wouldn't use GLS as a delivery company.
