Painting with a great finish. Just as it looks in the photos. And they also painted it with the dimensions we wanted. We will repeat.

Good morning Mrs. Rubio. Our paintings are hand-painted and sometimes there may be discrepancies, but if the painting is not to your liking, we can retouch it, redo it, or refund you the full amount paid, thank you

I requested that they send me a photomontage of the chosen painting and some more, and it was almost immediate. With this, you get a more realistic idea of how it looks in the environment. Perfect delivery in condition and time.

Response from HOME ORIGINAL
Thank you very much. With the photomontage, we manage to show the customer how the painting looks in their home. A completely free option!

I had to carry a 13-kilo package up to the tenth floor because it wouldn't fit in the elevator, and the delivery guys, young people, refused.

Response from HOME ORIGINAL
Good morning. We regret what happened, but we must inform you that in our SHIPPING section on our website, and in the Order Confirmation, we have already stated in writing that the carrier is not obliged to carry the package up to the customer's home if it does not fit in the elevator. Most of the time, they go alone to deliver, and it is impossible for them. We are very sorry.

The painting arrived very quickly, 7 days after placing the order. The dimensions of the painting are large, so we were concerned about the delivery, but it arrived without problems. Jordi made us two photomontages to see how it would look, and when we placed it, it was exactly as we imagined, it looks phenomenal!! We have recommended the page.
